Aller Media runs its customer service through outsourcing partner Releasy. Using Indicate me's AI tool, Releasy managed to quadruple Aller Media's customer retention in just three months — from 11 to 47 percent.

The results were tangible: from a reactive approach in March to a data-driven, proactive setup in May — and a fourfold increase in retention.
