Öresundskraft is stepping up its work with Indicate me and taking its analysis to the next level. "We always want to be ahead of the curve," says Elvira Pepic, Systems Manager at Öresundskraft.

Öresundskraft spent 2024 working with Indicate me's quality assurance tools. In their first year, they made it all the way to the final of the Indicate me Awards as Customer Service Newcomer of the Year.

Now the partnership takes its next step, as Öresundskraft adds AI-based customer insights and AI Buddy — a tool that helps both leaders and agents improve the quality of customer conversations.
