It's possible to win back customers who want to cancel. Using Indicate me's AI tool, Releasy managed to quadruple Aller Media's customer retention in just three months — from 11 to 47 percent.

An analysis of more than 1,600 customer calls showed that nearly 9 out of 10 callers intended to cancel — but many could be retained with the right approach. When an active save attempt was made, 37% of customers chose to stay.
